Description
The Naim XP5 XS Power Supply has been launched following the introduction of the ND5 XS earlier in 2011. The Naim XP5 XS slimline power supply with its brushed fascia offers XS Series levels of performance and system matching with Naim’s other XS Series components.
The Naim XP5XS is a slim line multiple output separate power supply that can be used to upgrade Naim’s digital products: the ND5 XS, NDX, HDX, CDX2 and DAC. The Naim XP5 XS also features a large toroidal transformer bespoke to its design, ceramic couplers for low capacitance and large smoothing BHC Reservoir capacitors. The Naim XP5 XS is hand wired and fitted with sockets selected and engineered to help minimise microphony
Existing Naim owners who already own products that can be upgraded by XP5 XS, such as Naim’s DAC, NDX and ND5 XS, may consider the XP5 XS a more accessible alternative to the xp5
